We're seeking a seasoned product leader who can drive innovation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver exceptional product experiences. If you're passionate about small businesses and have a strong bias to action, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the planning, development, and launch of new initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Conducting in-depth customer interviews to understand their needs and pain points, and using those insights to inform product decisions
  • Fostering strong collaboration among engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to deliver seamless product experiences
  • Using data to inform product decisions and establish clear success metrics to measure progress
  • Analyzing product and business data to identify opportunities and prioritize features
  • Providing feedback on design and user experience to ensure every product is a delightful experience for our users
  • Developing and executing a product roadmap with the engineering team to drive successful outcomes and high-quality product delivery
  • Elevating the Product Management practice at Relay by building an inclusive and supportive team culture

Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years of experience working as a Product Manager, including experience with financial products and services
  • A strong bias to action and a willingness to take calculated risks to drive innovation and growth
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A passion for small businesses and their owners/operators, and a deep understanding of their needs and challenges
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bring clarity and concision to complex problems
  • Experience turning data into insights using tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization software
  • A strong ability to prototype and test user flows and UX designs using tools like Balsamiq or Figma
