Job Title: Freight Forwarding Supervisor

FREIGHT MASTERS LOGISTICS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Freight Forwarding Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our freight forwarding services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and train a team of freight forwarders to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our freight forwarding department, including the coordination of shipments, tracking of cargo, and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related field.
  • Certifications: Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA) Certificate.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
