Job Title: Freight Forwarding Supervisor

FREIGHT MASTERS LOGISTICS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Freight Forwarding Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our freight forwarding services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Ensure the efficient operation of our computer equipment and machinery, resolving any work-related problems that may arise.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in their duties and policies, conduct performance reviews, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess a Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA) Certificate.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills, strong judgement, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours of work per week.
