Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at GSC Law Professional Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and ensure that our staff are aware of their schedules.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with our staff, clients, and external partners, both verbally and in writing.
- Technology: Maintain our computer systems and software, including MS Excel and MS Office.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
