As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. Your responsibilities will include coordinating daily operations, supervising staff, and overseeing payroll administration.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Perform data entry
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
