Are you ready to embark on a new entrepreneurial adventure in the real estate industry? Devcore Group is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Training Partner.

We are expanding our presence in the Quebec market, focusing on secondary markets such as Baie-Comeau, Chicoutimi, and Saguenay. As a partner or franchisee, you will contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and oversee projects to ensure timely renovations and leasing within budget.
  • Allocate resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and inform Devcore of all situations.
  • Hire and train a quality team (staff and subcontractors).
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers and maintenance contracts.
  • Address tenant concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the process.
  • Implement logistics for visits, leasing, and rent collection.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts each month.
  • Inspect units semi-annually.
  • Prepare files for difficult tenants with the paralegal.
