Our company is committed to expanding its presence in the Quebec market, focusing on secondary markets such as Baie-Comeau, Chicoutimi, Saguenay, and others. As a partner or franchisee, you will play a key role in our growth and contribute to the development of our property management, construction, and renovation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and oversee projects to ensure timely renovations and leasing within budget.
  • Coordinate the administrative office responsible for tenant management and timely delivery of housing according to established standards.
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Address tenant concerns and provide exemplary customer service.
  • Implement logistics for visits, leasing, and rent collection.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts each month and conduct quality checks throughout the process.
