Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and oversee renovation projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate the administrative office responsible for tenant management and housing delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address tenant concerns.
  • Conduct quality checks and implement logistics for visits, leasing, and rent collection.
