Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee interior and exterior renovations to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate the administrative office responsible for tenant management and housing delivery.
  • Plan and allocate resources, prepare budgets, and monitor progress to inform Devcore of all situations.
  • Hire and train a quality team, negotiate prices with suppliers, and maintain accurate records.
  • Implement logistics for visits, leasing, and rent collection, and reconcile supplier accounts each month.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the process and prepare files for difficult tenants with the paralegal.
