Are you a driven individual with a passion for real estate and a desire to build a successful business? We're seeking a skilled Manager to join our team at Devcore, a renowned company in property management, construction, and renovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all portfolio activities, including interior and exterior renovations, and coordination of the administrative office responsible for tenant management and timely delivery of housing.
  • Plan and oversee projects to ensure timely renovations and leasing within budget.
  • Plan and allocate resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and inform Devcore of all situations.
  • Hire and train a quality team (staff and subcontractors).
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers and maintenance contracts.
  • Address tenant concerns and provide exemplary customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the process.
  • Implement logistics for visits, leasing, and rent collection.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts each month.
  • Inspect units semi-annually.
  • Prepare files for difficult tenants with the paralegal.
