Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate product benefits and features to persuade customers to make a purchase.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
  • Record and track customer interactions, feedback, and sales in our CRM system.
  • Meet daily and weekly sales targets and call quotas.
  • Follow up with potential customers as needed to close sales and build relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve calling strategies.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and engage customers effectively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
