Job Summary:

As a Passenger Service Supervisor with AGI Canadian Company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of airport ground services. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise a team of ground crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of ground crew members, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Provide guidance and support to ground crew members, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the airport ground area, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of airport operations.
  • Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed, and that all ground crew members are aware of their responsibilities in this regard.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in airport operations or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of ground crew members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Ability to speak and understand English fluently, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills.
