  • Assist with daily theatre operations, including concessions, box office, and floor duties.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and late nights, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification, where applicable, and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres.
