About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Relay Financial. As a key member of our Product Team, you will play a critical role in shaping our small business banking platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Own the planning, development, and launch of new initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct frequent customer interviews to gain a deep understanding of their needs and pain points, and use this knowledge to identify product opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data to inform product decisions, establish clear success metrics, and measure product performance.
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap with your team of engineers, ensuring successful delivery against business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Elevate the Product Management practice at Relay Financial, building an inclusive and supportive team culture.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 4+ years of experience working as a Product Manager, including experience with financial products and services.
  • Skills: Strong bias to action, ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and experience turning data into insights using tools like Excel and SQL.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Location: Based in Toronto, GTA, or open to relocation.
