Business Development Manager for Franchise Growth

Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager, responsible for driving franchise growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard 2 qualified Franchise Partners per month
- Attend franchise shows and conventions in local areas and surrounding regions
- Build relationships and effectively communicate our franchise opportunity to suitable candidates
- Collaborate with the National Director of Franchise Sales to set and implement yearly growth targets
- Oversee existing locations with the Business Coach
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in franchise sales or related field
- Proven track record in sales, exceeding quotas, and building strong relationships
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to multitask and work under pressure
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations
- Lived in the province for at least 1 year and reside within 30km of Winnipeg, MB R3L 1Y5
Compensation Package
- $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
- Bonus pay and commission pay

Schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
