Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager, responsible for driving franchise growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard 2 qualified Franchise Partners per month
  • Attend franchise shows and conventions in local areas and surrounding regions
  • Build relationships and effectively communicate our franchise opportunity to suitable candidates
  • Collaborate with the National Director of Franchise Sales to set and implement yearly growth targets
  • Oversee existing locations with the Business Coach

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in franchise sales or related field
  • Proven track record in sales, exceeding quotas, and building strong relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations
  • Lived in the province for at least 1 year and reside within 30km of Winnipeg, MB R3L 1Y5

Compensation Package

  • $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
  • Bonus pay and commission pay

Schedule

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
