About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Research Service Manager to join our team at DappWorks Technology Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and directing research initiatives, leading and advising staff, and developing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Planning
    • Develop and implement research strategies to drive business growth and improvement
    • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and advise a team of research professionals
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Policies and Procedures
    • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective research operations
    • Review and update policies and procedures as needed
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma
  • Experience
    • 3-4 years of experience in market research or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong research and analytical skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is urban, with public transportation available.

Language and Culture

This role requires English language proficiency and a strong understanding of Canadian culture.
