Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Research Service Manager to join our team at DappWorks Technology Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and directing research initiatives, leading teams, and developing strategies to improve service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct research projects to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Lead and advise staff on the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in market research or service quality assessment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be based in an urban area with access to public transportation.
