Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Research Service Manager to join our team at DappWorks Technology Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and directing research initiatives, leading teams, and developing strategies to improve service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct research projects to inform business decisions
  • Lead and advise staff on service quality assessment strategies
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive business growth
  • Assign and coordinate projects and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in market research or a related field
  • College or CEGEP education
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
