About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Research Service Manager to join our team at DappWorks Technology Inc. as a key member of our service quality assessment team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Direct Research: Develop and implement research strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead and Advise Staff: Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Policies and Procedures: Plan, develop, and organize policies and procedures for establishments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize information technology to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Area of Work Experience: Leverage research expertise to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Transportation and Travel: Utilize public transportation to travel to work and other business-related locations.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload, requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgment, organized, reliability, and team player qualities.
  • Experience: Possess 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
