Market Research Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Research Service Manager to join our team at DappWorks Technology Inc. as a key member of our service quality assessment team.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and Direct Research: Develop and implement research strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
- Lead and Advise Staff: Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Policies and Procedures: Plan, develop, and organize policies and procedures for establishments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize information technology to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Area of Work Experience: Leverage research expertise to drive business growth and improvement.
- Transportation and Travel: Utilize public transportation to commute to work.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload, requiring attention to detail, fast-paced decision-making, and ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgment, organized, reliability, and team player qualities.
