Job Overview

Talencity Inc. is a leading consulting provider seeking an experienced Strategic Director to lead retail and telecom client growth strategies and sales initiatives for management consulting and large-scale transformation programs.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated leader with 15+ years of Management Consulting or Industry leadership experience. Your business domain depth in selling services to sub-segments, such as Grocery, Quick Service Retail, Fashion, Convenience Stores, Hard Good Retailers, and CP Companies will be essential for success.

A strong hunter with market client CXO relations and acquisition of new logos in Retail, Services, and Telecom sectors is required. Experience with SPIN selling, demonstrating business acumen in selling IT-Apps, Infrastructure/Cloud, Data, BPO, Network Services, and ERP/Supply Chain programs is also crucial.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client business development and sales strategies/account plans/activities in meeting sales targets.
  • Hunt and acquire new logos in Retail, Services, and Telecom sectors.
  • Work with our client's Business Lines to create joint ownership, targets, and execution plans when projects have multiple business lines participating.
  • Demonstrate business acumen in selling IT-Apps, Infrastructure/Cloud, Data, BPO, Network Services, and ERP/Supply Chain programs using SPIN selling techniques.
  • Manage governance and relationships of sold businesses to drive strong account growth, client satisfaction, and key metrics.
