About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engagement Manager to support our Sales team in driving direct impact towards quarterly revenue goals.
- Support the Sales team in driving direct impact towards quarterly revenue goals.
- Partner with Sellers on key accounts & verticals to provide seamless end-to-end full support.
- Collaborate with the Client Solutions team to deliver exceptional client service and drive campaign performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Aligning directly with Sales representatives to provide seamless account support, including RFP responses, media planning, post-sale kick-off, and management of campaign insights & reports.
- Serving as lead contact for all day-to-day client communication, ensuring exceptional service and troubleshooting appropriately in a timely manner.
- Leading campaign kick-off meetings, managing launch timelines, and streamlining communication on campaign updates, troubleshooting, optimization recommendations, and final campaign review.
- Producing best practices and learnings based on campaign performance, and providing clients with recommendations to drive renewal business.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team for custom ideation and marketing solutions, providing specific overview of client's objectives and goals.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years working in an organization that supports the Advertising Sales function specifically within the Account Management role.
- Experience working directly with clients and ability to present during meetings.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising space, with knowledge of programmatic landscape.
- Bachelor's degree required.
