Job Opportunity:

At RBC Dominion Securities Inc., we are seeking a Digital Engagement Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our digital adoption team, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for digital adoption and working with advisor teams to build awareness and interest in implementing digital solutions that enhance their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with advisor teams to understand their digital needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to bring full support of WMC to advisor teams.
  • Consult with branch leadership teams to increase their knowledge and support their digital engagement efforts.
  • Identify trends and best practices and share them widely.
  • Be a change influencer and thought leader, advancing the firm's initiative to increase service and efficiency through digital engagement.

Requirements:

  • Expert understanding of Wealth Management Canada business and culture.
  • Experience with Wealth Management Canada applications.
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to improve and innovate.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills.
