Job Title: Digital Engagement Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engagement Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our digital adoption team, you will work closely with advisor teams to identify and implement digital solutions that enhance their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with advisor teams to understand their digital needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
  • Provide training and coaching to advisor teams on digital tools and best practices.
  • Identify trends and best practices in digital engagement and share them with the team.
  • Be a change influencer and thought leader, driving the firm's digital engagement initiative.

Requirements:

  • Expert understanding of Wealth Management Canada business and culture.
  • Experience with Wealth Management Canada applications.
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to improve and innovate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
