Job Description

RBC Dominion Securities Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Digital Engagement Consultant to join our team. As a Digital Engagement Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying digital adoption opportunities for advisor teams and working with them to build awareness of and interest in implementing digital solutions that will enhance their business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with advisor teams 1:1 to understand their digital needs and provide guidance on digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to bring full support of WMC to advisor teams.
  • Consult with branch leadership teams to increase their knowledge and support their digital engagement efforts.
  • Identify trends and best practices and share them widely.
  • Be a change influencer and thought leader, advancing the firm's initiative to increase service and efficiency through digital engagement.
Requirements:
  • Expert understanding of Wealth Management Canada business and culture.
  • Experience with Wealth Management Canada applications.
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to improve and innovate.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills.
