About the Role

Job Type: Full-time permanent position

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to client sites)

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement Maximo Asset Management solutions for clients
  • Lead Supply Planning process and technical design, build, testing, and training
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Maximo Asset Management and Integration Framework
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
  • Strong background in Maximo Asset Management and Integration Framework
  • Experience in leading Supply Planning process and technical design, build, testing, and training
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Maximo Technical Lead with transportation add-on
  • Experience in upgrade and transformational projects in the domain of Rail Road, transportation, fleet management, etc.
  • Experience in Application design, Automation scripts using Python/Java scripts, Complex Maximo configurations
  • Experience in Middleware integrations (e.g. Mulesoft, SAP PI)
  • Experience in Maximo migration with release and deployment management activities
  • Experience in Data migration with Informatica and MIF framework
  • Experience in Data modeling for BI reporting and hands-on BIRT experience
  • Experience in Maximo Asset Management (Solution design, development, and implementation)
  • Experience and working knowledge of capabilities in the IBM Maximo EAM/APM solution and Maximo Integration Framework
  • Experience in working closely with different stakeholders and portfolio leads, business users/client managers/specialists to understand requirements/problem statements
