Salary:


The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $110,000, based on experience and location. This includes a competitive rate of pay and an annual Northern Allowance of up to $6,300.


Job Description:


In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, quality patient-centered care. You will utilize nursing processes through critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making to ensure patient safety and well-being.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


To be successful in this role, you must have completion of an accredited nursing education program and active or eligible registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification is also required. If you have not practiced as a Registered Nurse within the last five years, completion of additional courses may be necessary.

Please note that provisional permit holders will be paid a lower rate until they are entered into the register of Registered Nurses, at which point their rate of pay will be adjusted accordingly.
