We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Lucky Lake Health Centre. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in promoting health and healing for our clients/patients/residents.
Job SummaryThis part-time temporary position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for providing education and care as a member of the healthcare team, achieving optimum care for clients/patients/residents in all phases of healthcare.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and education as a member of the healthcare team
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
- Diploma in Practical Nursing
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) designation
- Basic organizational, communication, computer, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to work independently
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary within Pay Band 16 ($36,160 to $38,720), depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, and opportunities for professional development.
