About the Role

This is a full-time regular position that requires 149.36 hours per 4-week rotation. As an LPN, you will be responsible for promoting health and healing, providing education, and achieving optimum care for clients/patients/residents in all phases of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and document patient progress
Requirements
  • Diploma in Practical Nursing
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
  • Basic leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
