Job Title: Healthcare Professional - Nursing ServicesSalary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Healthcare Professional - Nursing Services. This role will involve providing exceptional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of our residents.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care, including medication management, wound care, and education on healthy living practices.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
