Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to teams within the organization and external clients as needed.
  • Assist with systems integrations and manage tickets within the company-provided ticketing system.
  • Maintain and update technical documents and procedures, system catalogs, configurations, and changes.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, and manage coordination of Systems and IT resources as required.
  • Deliver regular and customized training to various teams, and prepare maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization's systems.
  • Develop reports for various teams, and serve as the go-to expert for the business regarding their applications, system-level software, and general computing tools.
  • Provide timely and effective responses to user inquiries and requests, and actively participate in Change Management Meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of business software applications, system architecture, and databases.
  • Strong understanding of Company ERP systems and experience with system integration using APIs.
  • Desire for continuous learning of new technical skills.
  • Proficient in the use of MS365 applications and SharePoint, including the ability to train users in best practices and develop customizations.
  • Proven database experience (e.g. SQL, SQL Server, SSRS, Access).
  • Experience with web development (JavaScript, PHP, HTML) and low-code tools (AppSheet, Power Apps).
  • Familiar with programming languages (e.g. VBA, C#, PowerShell) for troubleshooting and application support.
  • Knowledge of operating systems (esp. Windows), networking, and cloud computing.
  • Able to configure and troubleshoot hardware components (servers, workstations, etc.).
  • Good understanding of best practice security standards and controls.
