Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at LHR Americas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Develop and present business cases to senior management for review and approval
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop business plans and execute transactions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company strategy
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in business development and market intelligence
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, or equivalent
  • 15 years of relevant experience in business development, market intelligence, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
