About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at LHR Américas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various markets and sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Develop and present business cases to senior management for review and approval
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop business plans and conduct due diligence on potential opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business strategy and goals
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on market trends and commercial opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, or equivalent
  • 15 years of relevant experience in business development, commercial opportunities, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior management
  • Knowledge of venturing activities, such as commercialization, spin-offs, or joint venturing
