About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Verisk. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our internal employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workforce technology issues
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and provide documentation of the requirements for next-level support
  • Collaborate with vendors and other IT personnel to resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain scripts, automated processes, and documentation for repeatable design patterns
  • Participate in the management of technical programs and projects through all phases of execution
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems, and public cloud products and services
  • Experience with database platforms, CI/CD tools, and scripting languages
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
