About the Role:

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and working as part of a team to support our complete product line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Handle technical support issues
  • Travel to customers to install, troubleshoot, and provide technical support
  • Work as part of a team to support our complete product line

Requirements:

  • Dynamic team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • 2-3 years experience working in a technical support environment
  • Great attitude and exceptional phone manner
  • Superior technical analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Help Desk and trouble ticket resolution, Windows 2000 and 2003 server administration, deployment, and performance tuning, Cisco firewalls/routers/switches, and direct customer exposure/experience
