The Role

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate mental health professionals to join our team as Registered Psychotherapists/MSWs. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing assessment, treatment, and support services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family and couples therapy
  • Collaborate with our inter-professional team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

  • Registration with the relevant College in good standing
  • Proven experience in providing mental health services to diverse populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous quality improvement
