Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Executive to lead our project management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall strategy and direction of our project management office (PMO)
  • Develop and implement best practices for project management
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the aerospace or automotive industry
  • PMP certification
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $190,000 per annum, based on experience.

In addition to your base salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
