About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Earls Restaurant (Grande Prairie) Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including specialty foods, for our guests.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Train and develop our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
