Senior Learning Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Consultant to join our HR Corporate Learning and Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our leaders and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver virtual and in-person workshops that engage and motivate learners
- Consult with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions
- Manage the full cycle of facilitation, including Workday Learning administration
- Collaborate with the National team to implement learning priorities and achieve L&D objectives
- Act as an ambassador for the Learning and Development Team and promote Intact as a Canadian Top Employer
- Education background in Adult Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of leadership consulting, coaching, or equivalent experience
- Ability to challenge the status quo and facilitate a best-in-class learning experience
- Technical aptitude in the Microsoft Office Suite and Workday
- Flexibility to adjust working hours and travel regularly on short notice
