Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Learning and Development Consultant to enhance our HR Corporate Learning and Development team. This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about nurturing talent and creating impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Manage the complete facilitation cycle, including Workday Learning administration.
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses in collaboration with learners, business units, and HR partners to deliver tailored learning solutions.
- Establish a supportive and effective learning atmosphere throughout the training process.
- Continuously enhance skills and knowledge to align with organizational goals and current learning demands.
- Utilize feedback from learning data to improve the quality of the learning experience.
- Oversee Workday Learning updates, including program management and course adjustments.
- Ensure learners receive timely access to necessary learning materials.
- Provide expert technical support for Workday Learning.
- Collaborate with the national team to implement learning initiatives that meet L&D objectives.
- Act as a representative for the Learning and Development Team, promoting Intact as a leading employer.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Educational background in Adult Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in leadership consulting, coaching, or a similar role.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential for candidates in Quebec.
- Ability to challenge conventional methods to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
- Commitment to a continuous learning approach that is dynamic and innovative.
- Experience in conducting learning needs analyses to support leadership training and business strategies.
- Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday is preferred.
- Willingness to adapt working hours and travel as needed.
