Job Overview: Pho House Restaurant is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Analyze budget to optimize profits, develop financial plans, and monitor revenues to determine labor costs.
  • Operations Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Sales and Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting the restaurant's services and offerings.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic cash registers, MS Office, and point of sale systems.
