Overview

Embark on a transformative 4-month co-op journey with PepsiCo, where you'll delve into the world of sales operations and develop a deep understanding of our business. As a Sales Co-op, you'll be immersed in a dynamic environment, learning from experienced professionals and gaining hands-on experience in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

During your co-op term, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop relationships with our Field Sales network, receive expert coaching, and engage in career development with Leadership.
  • Leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.
  • Sell and service our customers in compliance with our Customer Development Agreements.
  • Flex your entrepreneurial muscles and physical stamina while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertising displays.

As you progress through your term, you'll work closely with our Sales leaders and be responsible for utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to execute a field sales project, helping the team deliver results with our most important customers. Key aspects of this assignment may include:

  • POS optimization.
  • Innovation Launch & Sustainment.
  • Customer Development Agreement optimization.
  • Other unique projects rooted in real-time business priorities.

Qualifications
  • You must be available to work full-time from September to December 2024.
  • You should be in your third year of study, with a Business Degree preferred.
  • You must have a valid, full driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable daily access to a personal vehicle.
  • You should have high academic achievement and demonstrated ability to pursue other interests simultaneously.
  • You should be a skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges.
  • You should possess strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization.
  • You should be a self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities, and manage your work schedule.
