Financial Manager Job Description

Mobilinq Wireless Accessories & Repairs is seeking a skilled Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and designing and managing investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Design and manage investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.
  • Monitor financial control systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Manage financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial management role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
