Senior Sales Development Manager for Electrical and Electronic Equipment

We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team at REX POWER MAGNETICS. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.
Key Responsibilities- Promote sales to existing clients through strategic account management and relationship-building efforts.
- Identify and solicit new business opportunities by developing and executing targeted sales strategies.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and resources to recommend tailored solutions, including the development of custom reports and proposals.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
- Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales forecasting and strategy development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input on product design and development, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, resolving any product or service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the electrical and electronic equipment industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy development, execution, and analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results-oriented solutions.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.
- A competitive salary of $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

- 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
