Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our association team as an Executive Director. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of regions, divisions, or departments, establishing objectives for the organization, and formulating or approving policies and programs.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $120,000 annually, paid mileage, and a variable or compressed work week. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits plan and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years or more in a relevant field
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Own vehicle
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight and regularly
