We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations to join our team at Fas Gas Plus and Chevron. This is a permanent position, with an estimated salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorizing the establishment of major departments, and coordinating the work of regions and departments. They will also establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Executive Director of Operations will establish objectives for the organization, represent the company in negotiations and official functions, and select middle managers and directors. They will also oversee a team of 5-10 people and provide support for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
