- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer engagement.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by resolving issues promptly and efficiently, and providing personalized service to meet customer needs.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge, and contribute to their professional growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail sales environment
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
