The Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Family Intervention Service Coordinator to join our team in Red Deer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing family support services to strengthen the efforts and abilities of families to provide a safe and nurturing environment for their children.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to children and families as part of our Family Intervention Program
- Teach parenting and communication skills, as well as support and transport children to family visitations
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure comprehensive support for children and families
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or degree in Human Services (or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 months' experience working with children and families
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is considered an asset
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification is preferred
