Job Summary
This Casual Support Staff - Family Services role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children and families. As a member of our team, you will play a key part in delivering our family support programs, which aim to strengthen the efforts and abilities of families to provide a safe and nurturing environment for their children.

In this role, you will provide support to children and families, including teaching parenting and communication skills, and supporting and transporting children to family visitations. You will also act as a mentor and advocate for the family's needs. A Diploma/Degree in Human Services (or equivalent) is required, along with a minimum of 6 months' experience working with children and families.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a service team. They will have great relationship-building skills, be proficient with computers, and able to create organized, concise files and notes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to children and families, including teaching parenting and communication skills
