About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Bell. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new sales opportunities
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and Solicit Potential Clients
    • Research and identify new business opportunities through market analysis and industry trends
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to target new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Assess Client Needs and Resources
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and preferences
    • Develop and present customized solutions to meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Develop Reports and Proposals
    • Develop clear and concise reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services
    • Present reports and proposals to clients to secure new business and expand existing relationships
  • Consult with Clients
    • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
    • Address client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot Problems
    • Identify and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
    • Develop and implement solutions to prevent future technical issues
  • Estimate Costs
    • Estimate costs associated with installing and maintaining our products and services
    • Develop and present cost estimates to clients to secure new business and expand existing relationships
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Experience
      • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
    • Personal Suitability
      • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Language
      • Fluent in English
    • Work Hours
      • 40 hours per week
